  I want to return my charity template and install. How do I go about doing this?

  Return it to where? You can’t both return and install a theme.

  I purchased the charity plus template for 49.99 and an install for 49.99 I no longer am going to be using the template. Im making my own custom one instead and was hoping id be able to return it and get my 100 dollars back.

  I am not following you. Hosting at WordPress.com is free. If you bought anything from WordPress.com, go to the dashboard of the blog you bought it from and on the My UPgrades page, hover over each upgrade and click Refund. That only works if you are within the refund period, of course, which is I believe 48 hours for domains and 30 days for other purchases.
