  Hello! Please be informed that I have paid 3’000 rub. to WordPress.com for domain transfer and paid subscription (May 24, 2018; Receipt Number: [redacted], Transaction ID: [redacted]). Than I have cancelled paid subscribtion. Please inform me about return of money in amount 1’310 rub. to my bank card. I have received letter from WordPress.com about comlete return more than 1 week ago (June 10, 2018; Receipt Number: [redacted], Transaction ID: [redacted]). One more question: I have cancelled all services of WordPress.com – can I return my money back? Thank you in advance.

  Please note that this is a public support forum. Do not post private information like transaction IDs here, as those can be used by someone else to gain access to your account.

  The account you are using to post here owns no sites on WordPress.com, and have never bought any upgrades from us.

  However, as you provided valid TXN IDs I have refunded the domain portion of your payment as well. You should receive the full refund in about 10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing times.
