  10 days ago start a return process but it has not been reflected in my account, this was 7 or 8 working days ago.
  Can the transaction be verified and tell me what has happened?

  Hi @scglobalmx, we’ve confirmed this was processed properly. Can you check in with your bank? Sometimes they’ll process these by simply removing the original charge, rather than displaying a credit.
