Returns and Warranty Requests

Request Warranty page doesn’t work. It says ‘No order selected’
I can only make the generic warranty form work making a new page including: [warranty_return_form]
putting the [Warranty_request] into ‘my-account’-page or any other page doesnt work :(
Is it because my site is in danish? I dont know, but have tried all day and been reading about issues, but did not find one similar mine.

I’m not seeing any WordPress.com sites associated with the user account you are posting from. This frequently means that you have a site using the open-source WordPress software from WordPress.org, but hosted elsewhere.
