reuse themes from deleted site?

  i deleted my old site, can i use the theme i bought for that site on my new site?

  No, theme purchases are per blog.

  You could try asking the staff to transfer the theme to the new site – not sure of the policy on that – but the staff has been lenient in the past I think – worth a try anyway
