Revamp an existing website

I am the new manager for our resort. I want to do a complete change to our website. I cannot gain full access to the main pages and want to know how I can do that. I want to do this myself without any outside consultation. I have experience in this. I already switched the domain to myself as the administrator. We use Network Solutions. Our website is Mooseheadcottageresort.com. Please advise
