    I made my account a blog but I want it to be a website. How can I change it and keep the name of my WordPress account?

    Hi there, if this is for bethmichaelart.wordpress.com, and you don’t want to publish blog posts on the front page, you can change your homepage from your recent blog posts to a static front page. Here’s how you can do that: https://wordpress.com/support/pages/front-page/

    Having said that, let me encourage you to keep your blog/posts page none-the-less and use it for announcements of new works or gallery showings or related news in general. You can publish new pages or projects and portfolios, but those pages won’t let people who subscribe and search engines know about them. Your published posts/updates, however, are sent out to subscribers/followers and pinged to search engines, which love fresh content. For your consideration.
