revert to wordpress.com subdomain
-
Hi. I was using a custom domain but needed to redirect it but now need to get some images off the wordpress.com site. Can I revert my account to a wordpress.com subdomain so I can access it without the original domain? thanks. s
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there,
I don’t see any WordPress.com sites in your account. I only see the self-hosted WordPress site, http://saasfeesummerinstituteofart.com/, which is connected to your account via the Jetpack plugin.
What is the address of the site you are speaking of?

Ah! So the site was hosted somewhere else and just connected to wordpress.com. OK. Thanks.

Wherever this site is hosted seems to have gotten lost between web designers, so if there is any way for you to tell where it is (what hosting provider even) that would be helpful! :)

Hi there,
Your site is currently hosted by GoDaddy, please reach out to them for further help.

The site that this wordpress.com account is connected with? The domain saasfeesummerinstituteofart.com has been redirected to sfsia.art which is hosted on godaddy. But before I redirected the domain there was another site connected with this wordpress.com account that I have lost track of….

@sfsia I double checked on saasfeesummerinstituteofart.com — it’s always pointed to
GoDaddy, so it’d seem they pointed it from one place to someplace else on their servers. You might ask them where it was pointed before. Good luck! -
