  Of what application are you speaking?

  If you mean WordAds, there isn’t currently any active application for you, as your account does not own any site that is eligible for WordAds. Only WordPress.com sites on a custom domain, and that either meets our minimum traffic requirement or that is on our Premium or Business Plan, can be approved for WordAds.
