    Estaba fuera de México y no tenía acceso a internet hasta hoy que quise hacer renovaciones y ya no me da acceso me pueden ayudar?

    I was out of Mexico and I did not have access to the internet until today that I wanted to do renovations and since it does not give me access, can you help me?

    The account you’re using to post here has never owned any upgrades or sites on WordPress.com. What is the address of the site you’re trying to renew? You’ll need to be logged in as the account that owns the site in order to renew any upgrades.
