  I have A partner who is having trouble. She wants to recover a domain name from her old website ‘Revwrites.com’, She’s trying to get in contact with support. can you guys go ahead and send her an email and help her out @ (email visible only to moderators and staff)

  Hi there!

  I noticed that the domain is registered with us, but the site is hosted by Bluehost, a different hosting company. Is your partner having trouble logging into the actual site? If so, they must contact the hosting service provider.

  If they need help with logging into their WordPress.com account to manage the domain registration (such as for updating DNS records), please have them fill out the account recovery form here. We won’t be able to contact them without having them reach out to our support team first.
