    Credit card used to pay previous year’s subscription may have been a member’s.

    How do we swap?

    Hello Andrew,

    The account you’re using to post here owns no sites or upgrades on WordPress.com, and is not a member of the site at Rhani.org

    That site has only one admin, and the last renewal was a year ago in December 2017. We can only help the account that owns that site with issues regarding payment for that domain, but if that payment was in error there’s also nothing we can do now, as we cannot reverse a transaction a year after it took place.

    If another account now has to take over control of the site, the current owner will need to transfer ownership of both the domain and the site. Only they can do this, and we cannot do it at a third party’s request.
