  cannot seem to log n to my WordPress account where I am buildng the http://www.riovistatimes.com webpage. How do get back onto that site?

  Since your site is hosted elsewhere, you’ll need to log in directly to the site at https://riovistatimes.com/wp-login.php – Can you try and see if that works?
