Robot challenge

  I’m unable to access either my WP blog at the url or the WP Admin due to a repeated Robot Challenge screen. When I enter the captcha letters it only tells me that’s an incorrect code. What is wrong, and how is this problem repaired. I assume no one else can access my blog either.

  The url is cupandsparrow.com. Apparently, the issue has been with the anti-bot system from my host (Siteground). The issue resolved itself at one point, then returned, but has resolved itself again.

  Just to clarify, this support forum assists users hosted on the WPcom platform.
