  You don’t have access to system files of the wordpress.com platform. What are you trying to achieve?

  If you didn’t change the standard settings, all search engines have access to crawl your site. Your account and site are only 1 day old. It can take up to several weeks before search engines crawl your site.

  @staartmees is correct – it can take up to two months before your site will start appearing in search results, and in this time you might also see a robots.txt warning if you do search for your site. This is normal, and will go away once your site is indexed.
