Rollback needed on http://www.valentindenyset.fr/

    Hi,
    I tried a WordPress template and my main website (http://www.valentindenyset.fr/) is now not available anymore. I cannot do anything. Is it possible to rollback to Thursday 6th April 2023 please?

    Hi there,

    Apologies, but we can’t help with your issue directly because we don’t host valentindenyset.fr on our WordPress.com managed hosting.

    To explain, we are a fully managed hosting provider and use a custom server environment that is optimized for WordPress, provides built-in security and performance improvements, as well as in-house support for your site questions.

    Because of the way we’ve optimized our service, we also use a customized version of WordPress that is different (under the hood) from what you use at OVH. As a result we are not able to offer backups and historical data for sites hosted elsewhere. Of course, we would love to host your site here, where we we are happy to help further. But as it stands now, we can’t assist.

    You definitely have the option to move your site to us so we can provide in-house help, but as it stands now, we cannot help since it is hosted elsewhere.

    The good news is that your hosting provider may be able to help with restoring your site, since it is typically their responsibility to maintain backup copies of data on their servers. I recommend contacting OVH for further assistance since they are in the best position to help. Thanks!
