Root Directory Access

  My blog is being blocked by wechat. Wechat said that I may appeal, but the first step is to create a file with some numbers in it at the root directory. My blog is a “Personal” plan blog. Can I add a file at the root directory? If possible, how? Thanks!

  It is not possible to directly upload or modify any of your site’s files on WordPress.com, as we do not offer FTP access at all.

  There is also no way for us to add this file for you.
