rougue image missing? message in RSS feeds

When I access an RSS feed from my blog on another web site it includes a panel following each entry saying “Media files 85ac07d8fc045c7229695e290b3c09a3” suggesting a missing image. Clicking on this I get a meaningless small square image. How can I lose this disfiguring feature please?
