RSS feed contains removed posts…
-
Hi,
My RSS feed contains removed posts. In fact it contains all of my posts created in the past as I can see, including drafts that were never published.
I have moved my blog to another URL and removed them from the old one. It has been done weeks ago. Today I have tried http://kivulallo.wordpress.com/feed/ in Google reader and surprisingly all posts could be read. This was the first time I have used this feed so it is not some kind of cache issue in the reader side (I think).I have read the http://en.support.wordpress.com/feeds/ page, I could not find any explanation for this behavior.
I tried to find a solution using google searchs also but haven’t find any.Could someone please
– explain why removed posts can be read from the feed (if it is a feature)
or
– reset/erase the feedThe blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Removed posts will always be included in the feed. It includes posts when they are published, regardless of whether or not they have subsequently been un-published. If you don’t want them to show, set your feed to show at most X items, where X is the number of items after your last deleted post.

“Removed posts will always be included in the feed. “
But why? :)“If you don’t want them to show, set your feed to show at most X items, where X is the number of items after your last deleted post.”
Where? In Setting->Reading I could see “Syndication feeds show the most recent”. This setting field is the one fits most to your suggestion but it has no effect in my reader.
