RSS Plug in error

    Hello Support ! I am trying to import content from another site because I realized I couldn’t transfer the domain name.

    So I tried these different plug ins to import my content and I got an error Message

    Could you see what the error is ?

    Also if you don’t mind, if you know by your knowledge how do you import your content from another site?

    I got this on my email. I tried resolving this with siterubix support but they said I have to contact you guys

    Hi there, What’s the address of the WPcom site you need help with? I don’t see any WPcom sites under this account and in order to use plugins here on WPcom, your site needs to be on the Business or ecommerce plan.

    In case you need help with a site using the open source WP software, you’ll want to head over to https://wordpress.org/support/ where you’ll find documentation and users who have more experience with the software you are using. If you don’t have a username on the ORG forums you can register one on the top of that page.

    Just to clarify, this support forum assists users hosted on the WPcom platform. WPcom (where we are ) and WP are separate entities with different documentation and support forums. More information about the differences can be found here: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/
