    I would like to know why I am still getting VISA bills in the mail?

    I was trying to make a movie on wordpress and I entered my credit card information. I then realized it was not what I wanted to do. I then cancelled the subscription. I got an email print out saying my subscription was cancelled; however I still have VISA bills sent.

    You had an outstanding subscription that I needed to refund of $35.88.

    It will take 7-10 business days for the refund to post to your account. You shouldn’t receive any any emails from us regarding upgrades. If you received something in the mail, that is not from us.
