  Hello,

  Unfortunately I’ve been collecting emails in preparation for the launch of my website, but nothing seems to be configured to capture that information.
  1. So where exactly are those emails going, and how can I retrieve them?

  2. I no longer use WordPress as a site builder; the complexity of use gas made me feel like I’ve wasted a ton of money, especially by committing to a full year. Therefore, I’d like to cancel any ongoing payments, and request any sort of refund, even if partial, please.

  https://handgraftdc.com/ is not hosted with us on WordPress.com, so we have no way of knowing where your emails went. You’ll need to ask support for whichever plugin you used on your site to capture those emails.

  You have also never bought anything from us. You’re hosting that domain with Siteground.com, so they’re the people you’ve been paying for hosting services. Please contact them directly for help cancelling your subscription with them.
