Safe to delete wordpress.com?

    I am a super novice here. I have two sites: livinglifeforte.wordpress.com and livinglifeforte.com I do not post to the wordpress.com, nor is it listed as my primary domain. However, other bloggers are often lead there when I comment on sites. Is it possible just to delete the wordpress.com without losing the second domain? Or can I combine/redirect? Help!

    Yes.

    If you would like to delete your WordPress.com site, there are options and instructions for doing so here:

    Please bear in mind that once deleted, that site’s WordPress.com URL will become permanently unavailable for future use. If you feel that you might need that URL again in the future, you might want to choose one of the other options listed on the the page linked above.

    This is possible with the site redirect upgrade:

    You will have to decide if having the redirect is worth $13/yr for you. Unless you have a ton of traffic going to the old site, I would probably not bother if it were me.
