  How do I go about getting sales tax exemption? My service just renewed. Receipt #61968492

  I don’t have a site linked to this WordPress.com account

  Hi there!

  It seems the transaction took place on a different WordPress.com account, not the vickiet2018 account that you are logged into right now.

  We’ve sent an email to the email address we have on file for the correct account where the transaction occurred. Please reply to the email with any tax exemption certificates and we’ll take the necessary steps.

  How do I recover my password for VickieT2018? I don’t remember it and I can’t seem to get my backups. I get an email everyday that backup failed.
