Same problem as a previous user – Mail not working DNS, Crazy domains

    Hi Guys.

    I hope you can help me out as ive just read a previous user had the same sort of problems as i have.

    I just changed my domain to point to wordpress so my blog is my website. http:\primalgarage.com

    But now my mail isnt working. I noticed that there was no DNS entries for the webmail of crazydomains. https://webmail.syra.com.au/

    I have had a look at my crazydomains dns and added it to the dns settings on wordpress as follows

    CNAME mail.primalgarage.com 27.124.120.1.
    MX 0 primalgarage.com.
    A webmail 27.124.120.1

    Any ideas on what else i need to add to make this work?

    Hi Neil,

    I’ve entered the standard Crazy Domains MX records for you. However, for these settings to work, you’ll need to change your domain’s name servers to the following:

    • NS1.WORDPRESS.COM
    • NS2.WORDPRESS.COM
    • NS3.WORDPRESS.COM

    If you have any questions about how to do that, you can contact your domain registrar for more assistance with that step.

    Once that change takes effect, everything should be working. Please let me know if you have any questions about that. :)
