Save function

    I have already a website but I want to make it new. So I started with ‘WordPress’ to make a new one. After a little time I pressed the ‘save’, but I noticed that wordpress published what I did until that moment over my old website. Of course I published again my old website. My question is, can I save the work I do in the ‘WordPress’ website without publishing the same time the website? I just want to publish the website when it is finished.
