Save/Preview/Publish Disabled

    I’m trying to publish a post on my site, but it’s been saying ‘Saving Draft…’ in the text box forever. The Save, Preview, and Publish buttons are grayed over and unable to be clicked. Is the site just taking a really long time to save my draft so I can’t finish it? Is there a way I can get these buttons enabled?
