saved draft didn’t transfer from Elementor

I just spent several hours editing a post in Elementor. I am not ready to publish yet, so I clicked ‘Save Draft’ instead of ‘Update.’ I then exited the Elementor editor and returned to WordPress. None of my changes were saved. I went back into Elementor and it had reverted back to the last WordPress version, which was missing all the content I had created in Elementor previously. My ‘History’ in Elementor says that I don’t have any history of revisions, even though I saved the draft. The ‘Revisions’ in WordPress don’t contain the changes I had made in Elementor either. Can anybody help me with restoring my lost content?

Hello, I’m sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your website. However, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with Bluehost.
To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/
