saving current website theme for backup and starting new theme

  1. I am using the Sydney theme and i think although it looks good. The customisable options are very limited. But i don’t want to lose it.

  Is it possible to save the website somewhere. Perhaps as a draft so i can return to it if i can’t make a satisfactory new website with a new theme?

  Hi there,

  We don’t have any theme called Sydney on WordPress.com, and you don’t have any sites hosted on our servers, so it sounds like you’re instead using the open source WordPress software at another host.

  Please ask in the support forums for that software instead for the best way to do this. You can also try asking your hosting provider what options they have to download a full-site backup of your site from their servers.
