Saying I do not have an account

  Hi there,
  I used a plug in to reset my blog to start fresh. When I did that it logged me out and asked me to log back in. When I attempted to do so it said I didn’t have an account when I know I do. As a new blogger this is extremely frustrating. I followed along to a video and it said it should have just reset the content i had created and start over like new.
