Scam
-
I don’t know who or how to contact anyone at WordPress about this so I’m trying here.
These scammers are using WordPress for their scams. https://aafgfunds.com/index.html
Additional fake funding groups, same info:
https://tracyfinancefirm.com/index.php/profile/julia-jameson/
https://mangrovefunding.com/profile/julia-jameson-2/
As you can see, they use a stock photo of a woman with no true contact information but have pages of their sites to submit financial and personal information. Sadly, we submitted our info in hopes of getting a business loan to keep us afloat in this economy.
They also use the name Stephen Spence who is a real person working for Community Bank in DE but using a stock photo. Julia Jameson who is also listed is a fake person who isn’t located on LinkedIn and uses a stock photo as well. Her information is vague and description is in typical default Latin. The VOIP phone numbers ring without answer and are fake and the site is copied and pasted to create several other WordPress sites to get personal and business information. This is the real Stephen Spence –
I don’t believe a business like WordPress would want scammers to use them for fraud and scams so I hope to make you aware this is happening using your templates. Funny enough, when doing a search for Julia Jameson financial manager, the link for AAFGFunds shows WordPress in the title instead of just the bank. We didn’t know this until too late due to a broker recommendation.

Hello there,
These sites are not hosted with WordPress.com and use the free, open source software located at WordPress.org.
Although these kinds of issues can be frustrating, we have no control over them.
We’d recommend seeking legal counsel if you’ve been affected by the actions of those above.
We hope this helps.
