Scam/fraud from wordpress

  This has been the worst program i have ever used. I not only purcashed their program but have my business website directly thrtrough them. to start they allowed malware on my site, site was taken down, then deleted, and now they have no idea who i am or my website. Second they said i can only speak to a real human if i PAY MORE MONEY!! I want to cancel and transfer my domain however i cant since everytime i try to log on they tell me my account no longer exist. I am reporting them to the better business bureau and i will be filing a civil suit. do not use this company at all cost.
