Scam site on WordPress.com

  There is a scam site located at https://skywealths.wordpress.com. I bought a course (which included software) from the above site, but he does not want to answer any of my emails or give me a link to download the software supplied in the course.

  I wish to have the admins to tell the owner of that site to deliver all of his course, or to take down his WordPress site.
