  How do I access the root directory to fix the task scheduler for word press?

  You don’t have access to system files on the wordpress.com platform. What are you trying to do?

  staartmees: I was suspicious that I don’t have access. Thank you for confirming that. The word press task scheduler has “21 uncompleted” tasks. Among them the May backup by updraft failed and I am unable to backup manually. The wordpress article on the issue says to go to the root file and switch scheduler to true. I need someone to do this for me. Who do I contact?
