school website error

Hi there,
I am a primary school teacher and I’ve recently started to edit my schools website. Our website was http://scoilaonghusajnr.net/ and was hosted by wordpress. This website was set up by a teacher, who is no longer in contact with the school. I do however have the Admin log in details, and have logged in to the site recently. However for some reason, now when i try to visit the site to login it states there is a database error. I cannot log in through wordpress as I do not have the original email. Is there any way you can assist me with this.

Note that this forum supports free sites hosted at WordPress.com. That site isn’t hosted here. It may be USING the WordPress.org software which is something completely different.

Okay sorry I didn’t realise that, I have a rough idea on designing websites from college but definitely not a pro !
Yes that other website is ours I had to set up a completely new one which is working fine, but would like to at least deactivate or do something with the old one. However I see there from your information it expires next year.
So are you saying the host of that old website is Tucows domains Inc and I should contact them ? Thank you.
