  or a similar version, but you get the idea with this website

  I know you can buy these but are there also free themes with this option?

  I haven’t seen anything similar to the one you’ve linked to among the available free themes, but I’m pretty sure I haven’t seen them all yet. The available themes for WordPress website are limited to those included in the following pages — you won’t be able to use others, so don’t waste your money.
