Scrollbar does not display correctly.

  Hello, my site does not display scrollbar correctly. I tried to make changes to bootstrap.min.css & increase the container width from 940px to 1000px. But the changes didnot affect the site. Can you help me please. On my product list I cannot see all the products on first click as it does not display the scrollbar, but on second click the scrollbar is displayed. What must be the problem. This problem is with all the browser, firefox, crome.

  Under the products menu there is product categories, so when I click on one particular product category, the sub product with thumbnail appears but it does not show the scrollbar.
