scrolling posts

  i want each post to appear on the blog page w/out scrolling to previous posts … most recent would appear and other accessed through the menu … thanks

  Hi Morrine,

  Your blog page will always include all of your blog posts, with the most recent post at the top of the page. However, you can change your blog settings so only 1 post appears per page:

  Under Settings > Reading you can change “Blog pages show at most” to 1 post.

  That way, only your most recent post will appear and visitors would have to click the “Older Posts” link to scroll back through older posts — or use your menu to access those other posts.

  The posts you get to by clicking on your menu will also show the same number of blog posts per page as the front page. So if you set that to 1 post per page, you’ll also only see 1 post per page for those pages. There isn’t a way to have separate settings for those pages.
