Search and download only

  I have 1000s of pdf files for 100s of customers..
  I need to:
  Upload the files
  In front-end I need a search plugin with 2 box’s, in the 1st one enter the customer name, and in the 2nd box enter the pdf number
  The results will shows that files and can download
  Or
  Plugin assign specific Uploaded file for specific customer/user
  So when the user log in to my account page, can see all pdf file in the download or other page with search, filter

  Note: if they can search inside the pdf, it will be much better
