  Is there any way to search based on 2 different criterias.

  For example, based on a tag #country and archive “December 2015“?

  I am talking about wordpress.com hosted blogs.

  Are you asking how to use wordpress.COM tags search to find blogs on a specific topic?

  Here’s the format:
  https://wordpress.com/tag/travel

  Note you can change the last keyword or keyword phrase like this:
  https://wordpress.com/tag/sports
