  My settings are set to public and to allow search engines but it is not appearing on searches. When I type the address into Google a message comes up to say a new Word press site is coming soon.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You are in the wrong forum as your site is hosted by Bluehost and uses the open source wordpress.org. In your case you must contact your host to know how to launch your site.
