Searching for old sites

  I just recently deleted one of my old sites and I need to recover all of them that were under my same email address. When I search for the main site one thing comes up, but then when I click ‘log in’ it says that I have NO SITES. I’m super confused and I need the old main site to build my portfolio for writing. HALP.
