Second Account

    I recently got a new email address. I transferred my new email address to both of my accounts. I have echodreamer96 (fishoutofwater), and FeetThatTravel. I cannot get into my feetthattravel account anymore since changing account. I’m just wondering how I can get into both my accounts please?

    Hi there, your email address is your username account’s unique identifier so you would only be able to use/change it on a single account not both.

    Do you have access to the original email address for the feetthattravel account?

    Hi there,

    I don’t see any recent email changes on the feetthattravel account, and I can see a successful password reset as well as other activity on that account that took place after you created this thread. Were you able to regain access?
