Second administrator can't acces or view blog.

    Dear friends,
    I setup disscommunity.wordpress.com which will actually not be used by me. I invited the person who will administer it to set up an account, which he did, and made him an administrator, and this was confirmed to us both. He is (email visible only to moderators and staff) . He now says that he can’t get onto the website. He gets the error message, “this website can’t be found”. And on his wordpress.com page, it isn’t listed as one of his websites. I can access it from several browsers, but he can’t from a couple. What could be wrong?
