Secondary Site Logo functions missing

    Recently (perhaps after the WP 5.9.3 update), the secondary site logo in the footer for my site is no longer displaying. Checking Customisation>>Site Identity>>Logo 2, not only is the previously selected image not displayed, but the ‘Remove’ and ‘Change’ buttons are also missing. Oddly, when my cursor hovers over where they should be, it turns into the finger icon. So it’s kind of there, but I cannot click anything inside that section.

    Is there a bug in the update, or is there something I might have changed elsewhere?
