Securing our site after the main admin has left

The person who created the website for our company left and we are just wanting to make sure that they don’t have any access to the website anymore. We changed their role to None but is there a way to make sure they aren’t able to log in anyway?

It appears that synergi-fx.com is a site using the WordPress open source software available at WordPress.org and hosted via another webhost. WordPress.com staff can only help with sites that are hosted on WordPress.com.
