  What is the URL of the site you’re speaking of?

  All WordPress.com sites have HTTPS enabled by default:

  https://en.support.wordpress.com/https-ssl/

  If you’re speaking of a WordPress site hosted somewhere else, you need to contact your hosting provider for help with this.
