Security check and upgrade support to 5.7.1

  Hi, I got my website developed in wordpress. Now that it is online, some strange posts are appearing on the dashboard. Not sure how they are appearing. I delete them but again it appears. I need help to rectify this problem. Also I need help in upgrading to the latest version 5.7.1
