security code sent on my mobile phone

  Hello

  My question may sound silly but I did receive my verification code on my mobile phone but it came from a mobile phone ! which surprised me because usually if I a ask for another password, the security code sent on my mobile phone doesn’t show that its comes from a mobile phone, it says (for exemple):

  38081 wordpress.com verification code : 1278…

  but I received a mobile phone number instead 38081.

  Is it normal ? should I be concerned? Many thanks for your help.

  Hi @spiritualiteinnee, the code could come from different numbers. Is the code working fine for you?
