Security Error Code

    This error code appears on my main home page and is blocking me from accessing anything on WordPress. I believe it is a security error code. Could you please help me resolve this issue?

    WP.com: Unknown
    Jetpack: Yes
    Correct account: Yes

    Many thanks for reaching out.

    This site is not hosted with us on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress software at another hosting provider. This is a bit different to a site hosted on WordPress.com. You can read about these differences here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

    You would need to reach out to the hosting provider to make sure the site has an SSL certificate.
